After receiving your order, you have 30 days if the model is not suitable, to return your purchases to us for a refund.
The cost of returning your order is your responsibility.

If you wish to be reimbursed, simply return the product(s) clearly circled on your invoice to the following address:

Any return with an incomplete invoice will not be taken into account.

We recommend that you make a return with a tracking number to ensure proper receipt of the return.

The refund period is a maximum of 10 days from receipt of the package.

If you want a different model, another color, or a new size, simply reorder on our e-shop.

You can also make your refund or exchange in our store. It will be done via the payment module of our e-shop and not in cash or on your credit card directly.

We do not refund items on sale, in outlet or at clearance sales. Only exchanges or credits (6 months) are possible.
