Satisfied or refunded

Dear Luztique,

After receiving your order, you have 15 days if the model is not suitable to return your purchases for a refund.
The cost of returning your order is at your expense.

If you wish to be refunded, simply return the product(s) clearly circled on your invoice to the following address:

Luz Collections 7 rue Guichard, 75016 Paris.

Any return with an incomplete invoice will not be processed.

We recommend making a return with a tracking number to ensure its proper receipt.

The refund period is a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt of the package.

If you wish for a different model, another color, or a new size, simply place a new order on our e-shop.

You can also process your refund or exchange in our store. This will be done via our e-shop's payment module and not in cash or directly to your credit card.
