MY LUZ COLLECTIONS ACCOUNT
To create your account, simply fill in the necessary fields in the registration form. Click on the tab in the upper right corner of the site "My Account". You will then receive an email confirming the creation of your account: your identifiers are necessary to identify yourself and place an order.
To log in, you must click on the “My Account” tab and then enter your email address and password.
In the "My Account" tab, "Already Registered" you just have to click on "If you have forgotten your password, click here" and you will instantly receive your password on the email address used to create your account. However, check your junk mail if you do not receive the email.
Go to the “Log in” tab: you then have direct access to your personal information. You can modify it as many times as you want.
In accordance with the law n°78-17 Informatique et Libertés, your personal data collected when creating your account, an order or when subscribing to the newsletter are kept confidential. They are necessary for the proper processing of your orders and for the personalization of commercial offers for you.
To receive the Luztiques Newsletter and benefit from exclusive discounts and great deals, simply go to the tab at the bottom of the website “Newsletter” and enter your email address.
When you receive our Newsletter, you can click on the link at the bottom of the email to automatically unsubscribe. You can resubscribe at any time.
PAYMENT
Whether in store or on our website, you can pay by credit card. Cash is accepted in store. You can also use Paypal as a payment method on our website.
Of course! Once your shopping cart is finalized, a thumbnail at the bottom left will allow you to access the Alma platform in order to pay for your purchases in 3 or 4 installments via the platform. This does not add any additional costs to you.
Once your payment has been made and your order validated, your bank account will be debited within 48-72 hours.
No risk, payment for the order is made via the secure HSBC-ELYS NET payment solution.

ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
You will receive an order confirmation email once it has been validated, which will confirm that your order has been processed as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirming that it has been sent and giving you the tracking number of your package. You will then be able to monitor the arrival of your order in real time.
We provide a variety of delivery methods to satisfy as many of you as possible. You can receive your order by Colissimo, courier or Click & Collect. We deliver our items worldwide.
When finalizing your order, you can select the delivery method of your choice, by indicating your delivery address.
Delivery of your order is free from 150€ of purchases. If applicable, the amount of delivery is chargeable and varies depending on your delivery address (France or foreign country), and your delivery method (colissimo, click & collect, courier, etc.).
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Of course, it is possible to return a product to us if it does not meet your expectations within 30 days of receiving your order. You have the option of requesting another size instead or getting a refund.
Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded, return costs are your responsibility unless there is an error on our part.
You can get a full refund for the product if you don't want to keep it (except for products on sale in outlets or clearance sales).
