HERE IS HIS FAVORITE...
The Black ALIENOR BODY
1) What is your philosophy of life?
My philosophy of life: do what makes me happy. It's a bit of a cliché, but I find that we force ourselves to do things we don't like. I like to live with passion, work with passion. I try to really follow my desires, and to grant myself little pleasures as often as possible. Taking the time to see the people who really matter, eating what I like, kissing my husband too much, walking longer than planned because the sun is out.
2) What are your healthy/eco-friendly tips that you would like to share with us?
These are not really "good plans" but my husband and I try to eat healthily. We are both gourmands and we love to treat ourselves, however quality always comes before quantity. The meat industry has changed so much in recent years that we try to limit meat and milk, and pay attention to their origin especially. Food is our fuel and affects everything: health and even morale, I pay even more attention now that I am pregnant! The report "What the health" in particular helps to understand the importance of changing our habits.
3) What is your secret to being in a good mood?
There are lots of little things: it can start with a good shower, playing with my dog, staying 10 more minutes under the covers.
4) An eco-responsible attitude What do you like to do or what would you like to do?
Sort your waste! The basics.
5) What are your inspirations for your blog?
My blog reflects my life. I try to propose projects that are different from others, tell the story behind a look, easy ways to feel feminine. I like know-how, French brands with beautiful heritages, I try to put all of this forward but always with lightness. French chic inspires me a lot even if I don't totally master it because of my Californian bi-culture. But always quality and not quantity. Inspire and be inspired by beautiful stories, passionate people and creativity!
6) In a few words can you describe Luz?
Glamorous, feminine, Parisian and committed line ;)
