The Luz Collections brand is teaming up with Elodie Garamond, founder of the Tigre Yoga Club, to organize a day dedicated to well-being, the
Sunday October 16, 2022 30 mins from Paris at the Château de Champlatreux.
A full day punctuated by two yoga classes and one pilates class, a big lunch
healthy, meditation, a conference, a tarot reader .
PROGRAM:
9 a.m.: Meeting point at Place du Trocadéro
9:45 a.m.: Arrival in Champlatreux / Welcome smoothie
10 a.m.: Yoga class with Laure Dary
11:15 a.m.: Pilates class
12:30 p.m.: Conference on Self-Confidence
1:30 p.m.: Vegan Brunch
3:30 p.m.: Facial Yoga Class
NATURALLY FAIR
At Luz Collections, production is eco-responsible and made in Europe.
